1 Unplug your power cord from the modem for 30 seconds, then plug it back in to refresh your WiFi connection
2 Learn about the indicator lights on your modem here
3 Your home WiFi radiates out in a donut shape around your modem. Ensuring your modem is unobstructed can greatly improve your modem’s performance. 
4 Verify your modem is standing straight up, not lying on its side. 
5 Make sure your modem is clear of electronic devices that cause interference. These include microwaves, cordless phones, Bluetooth devices and baby monitors
6 Try an Eastlink WiFi Extender to enlarge your WiFi network. Some materials used in the construction of your home, such as concrete and brick, can dampen the reach of your WiFi network.
