4. Confirm your changes by selecting “My order is correct” box and selecting the “Accept” button
Your new channel selection will be activated typically within a minute, ready to watch!
1. Login here using your Eastlink Stream username and password.
2. You will be able to see and print your TV channels. It can take up to 24 hours to view changes after swapping channels.
Click here to login and register on your computer. To use the Self Care app on your phone:
1. Search ‘Eastlink’ on the App Store or Google Play and download the Eastlink Mobile Selfcare app. You may also use the buttons below.
2. You can register on the app or on our website. Type in your name, Eastlink Mobile Account Number (which can be found on your bill or service agreement) and the phone number connected to your device.
3. On the next page, enter your contact information, the password you would like to use, and PIN if necessary. Select Register to finish registering.
Email Password Manager allows you to quickly change your password without the need to call customer service.
1. Click here to register. Fill in your account number, name, email address, and email password.
2. Choose three security questions. Be sure to choose questions that only you will remember the answers to.
3. Enter an alternate email address in case you need to reset your password. You may also use your mobile number.
4. Select the box to confirm you are not a robot, and then finish registering by selecting the Register button. You are done!
