Call 1-888-345-1111, enter the 10-digit phone number associated with your account followed by the number sign, and follow the prompts to make a one-time payment.
For home services, use "Eastlink" as the payee and enter your home services account number. For mobile services, use "Eastlink Wireless" as the payee and enter your mobile services account number. If you need further assistance, contact your bank or credit union directly. Note that a service fee may apply.
If you've made an incorrect payment and require a refund, contact your financial institution to submit a refund request to Eastlink. The bank must fax the refund request to Customer Payment Services at 1-866-531-9456. This process may take between 3 to 10 business days depending on the financial institution.

Yes, you can use a prepaid card to make a payment. However, it may not work if isn't accepted for phone transactions.
You can use a US credit card to make payments or set up auto-pay by phone. US credit cards cannot be used to make or set up payments in My Account.
