Mobile Services

1. Monthly Recurring Charges: This is a list of your monthly plan and any other features and services for your upcoming billing period.

2. Partial Charges: These are charges for your services from the date you activated until your regular service period begins. Partial charges occur on new activations, or when you’ve made a change to your account during your billing period.

3. Connection Fee: This is a one-time charge that includes your SIM and activation to the Eastlink network.

Mobile Services

4. Total Mobile Services and Usage: This is your total monthly plan, including any proration or additional usage plus applicable taxes. Your easyTab® or easyTab Flex^® device payment is shown under taxes because it has taxes included.

5. Usage Breakdown: This is a summary of your usage from the past 30 days. To view full usage details, log in to My Account and select 'detailed view under billing'.

6. Your Plan: This shows features included in your plan.

7. Your Device Balance: This shows the details of your easyTab^® or easyTab Flex^®balance for this billing period. It shows your starting balance, current contribution and
remaining balance, along with the easyTab^® or easyTab Flex^® completion date. These balances include applicable taxes.

8. Your easyTab Flex^®: This section details your Deferred Amount for your phone, along with your 24 month term. Want to pay your phone off early? This is the amount that needs to be paid off.

9. Your Rollover Data: This section details your total monthly Rollover Data and the amount of unused data that will be rolled over to the following month.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are E-Billing statements the same as printed statements?

Yes, they are exactly the same. Viewing online also gives you the flexibility to enlarge so you can easily read or save a copy in your own electronic files.

Can I print my E-Billing statement?

Yes. Your E-Billing statements are in PDF format, and you have the option to print them if you like. This allows us to help the environment by reducing our paper usage.

How do I get a paper bill?

Customers over the age of 65, persons with accessibility needs, or those who do not subscribe to Internet Service or Mobile Data Service, can request paper bills. To find out more about the availability of paper billing, or to request a paper bill, call us at 1-888-345-1111.

Is there a limit to the number of previous statements I can view?

You can view previous statements on our secure network. Since your statements are stored on our network, you can view past statements without taking up storage space on your computer.

Is using E-Billing faster than receiving my statement in the mail?

Yes. As soon as your statement is generated, you will receive an E-Billing notification email stating that you can log in to My Account to view it. This saves the time it would take to deliver your statement by mail.

Is viewing my statements online secure?

Yes. Protecting your personal information is very important to us. Your statements are stored on our secure network, and not sent out in an email. Each month, you will receive an E-Billing email stating that your statement has been created and ready for viewing. Using the unique Login ID and password that you’ve already set when you registered for My Account, you will log into the My Account portal where you can view your statements and account information.

I do not see my Rollover Data on my bill. How does it work?

Starting on the second month of service, unused data will roll over to the following month, up to the amount of data that is included in your monthly plan. For example, if your monthly plan includes 8 GB of data, you can roll over up to 8 GB of unused data to the following month. Your rollover bucket cannot contain more than 8 GB of data at any given time.

Can I see my rolled over data on the invoice?

Yes! There is a new widget on the invoice that will only appear for Rollover Data plans and will display how much rolled over from the previous month and what your total bucket is. In the example below, this customer rolled over 1.05 GB from the previous month and has a total of 10 GB of rolled over data to use this month:
