How To Self Install your WiFi Perfected Service
Note: Existing Internet Customers - You need to replace your existing Internet modem with the new modem that was provided.
- Step 1: Install Internet Modem
- Connect the cable from your cable outlet to the coax port on the modem
- Connect the power cord to the modem and plug the power cord into an active wall outlet.
- If you are an existing internet customer and you were mailed this new modem please call Technical Support @ 1-866-238-2390 to activate the modem
- Step 2: Download The Eero App
- Download the free eero App from the App Store or Google Play
- Step 3: Setting up Your WiFi Network:
- Open the eero App and follow the easy on-screen instructions to set up your WiFi network
