How to Activate Your Mobile Phone
Follow the two simple steps below to activate your mobile service and transfer your phone number.
Step 1: Activate Your SIM
Your phone will use either a physical SIM or an eSIM. Select your SIM type for instructions:
Step 2: Transfer Your Phone Number
If you're transferring your phone number to Eastlink from another mobile provider, please call 1-888-345-1111 or *611 on your Eastlink Mobile device to switch your number. You will need:
- An active local phone number (cell or landline). Your phone number must be in your name.
- Information such as your name, address and account number as printed on the invoice of your current provider.
