As soon as your order is placed, you can visit your selected Eastlink retail store to pick up your order.
Mobile orders must be picked up within 7 days. If you can’t visit your selected Eastlink store within 7 days, please contact us at 1-888-345-1111.
The account holder must be present to pick up the mobile order.
The account holder must present 2 pieces of valid ID (one must be a government issued photo ID with matching service address). This ID must match the information provided at the time of your order submission.
Orders will ship by the end of the next business day from when the order was placed.
