Am I eligible for a Seasonal Plan?

You can be eligible if you are on a monthly postpaid plan, you have been an Eastlink Mobile customer for at least one month, and your account is up-to-date and in good standing.

How do I activate a Seasonal Plan?

Please call us at *611 on your Mobile phone or at 1-888-345-1111 to activate your Seasonal Plan.

How long can I be on a Seasonal Plan?

You can be on a Seasonal plan once per year, for a minimum of one month and no longer than six months.

How much does a Seasonal Plan cost?

The plan is $15*/month, plus applicable taxes. Your monthly 9-1-1, easyTab monthly device contribution, and device protection charges will also continue to apply, if they are active on your account.

Pre-authorized chequing or pre-authorized credit card payments.

If travelling for an extended period, we recommend setting up pre-authorized chequing or pre-authorized credit card payments through My Account to ensure your account remains up to date.

What happens after six months on a Seasonal Plan?

Eastlink will notify you when you near the end of the six month period using the contact information provided by you prior to activating your seasonal plan. At that time, you can contact Customer Care to choose a monthly service plan. If you do not contact Customer Care before the end of the six month period, we will automatically reactivate the monthly service plan you had in place prior to your Seasonal Plan.
