Your internet, TV and phone services require power to operate. Once power has been restored, your services should restore automatically. If they do not, please reboot your equipment by unplugging it for 2-3 minutes and then plugging it back in. If that does not work, please contact us to let us know so that we can investigate and ensure our team gets you back up and running as quickly as possible.
Although you need power to access most services, you can stay connected using your mobile service. Be sure to:
• Fully charge all your devices, including mobile phones, tablets, laptops and power banks.• If you have access to a car, consider a car charger for your mobile phone.• Make sure your emergency contacts are up to date, and let this group know how they can reach you in the event of both a power and cellular outage.

• We assess impacts immediately upon becoming aware of an outage to understand how our network is affected and what work will be required to restore services. • We work in close coordination with key partners like local power utilities, emergency measures and other providers to gain safe access to affected areas and customers as quickly and safely as possible, prioritizing critical network sites. • Our network operations team monitors our network around the clock to ensure our repair efforts are prioritized. • We use our website, social media, and voice messaging systems to provide updates to our customers. • We stay in constant contact with provincial power companies, Emergency Measures Organizations, key government officials and other key partners until restoration is complete.
If your services are affected by damage to our network including downed lines, please check back here for updates. If your outage is not showing in our updates, please call to notify us so that we can repair the damage as quickly as possible.
If power has been restored, but your service has not come back, please try rebooting your equipment by unplugging it, waiting 2-3 minutes and plugging it back in. If your services are still not restored, please contact us 1-888-345-1111.
