The majority of Eastlink TV customers have access to OnDemand, but there are a few areas that require upgrades before the service can be made available. We are working hard to upgrade these areas. For more information, chat with us online.
Step 1: Press the “VOD” button on your remoteStep 2: Use your arrow key to select either Movie Rentals or Events.Step 3: Use the arrows on your remote to scroll through categories. When you find an interesting category, press "OK".Step 4: Scroll through the titles and hit "OK" to find out more information about the movie or show.Step 5: To order and watch a movie or event, highlight "buy" and press "OK" on your remote.Step 6: If you have set up a Purchase Pin. Please enter this now.Step 7: Your show is yours to watch, as often as you like, for 24 hours. Start, stop, pause, rewind and fast-forward your selection with your remote. The charge will be applied to your Eastlink account immediately and will show up on your next statement.
This depends on the type of content that is ordered. For Adult content OnDemand, you cannot cancel the purchase once it has been ordered. For all other purchases you will have 5 minutes from the time your order to cancel the rental. Just press stop or exit to cancel the purchase within the 5 minutes. Any cancelled purchases happening within this 5 minute window will not show up on your statement.

No, OnDemand programs cannot be recorded with your DVR.
OnDemand content is updated on a daily basis. New titles are added while other titles will expire. For titles about to expire, a date will be listed next to the title indicating the date it will be removed.
