Eastlink TV Channel Exchange

TV Channel Exchange comes with the most popular TV channels and is included in our Essentials Plus and Maestro bundles.

TV Channel Exchange lets you swap out TV channels that you don’t watch, for others you would like to watch. There are over 150 other selections to choose from. You can make changes yourself online at any time!

To take advantage of TV Channel Exchange, log into Eastlink My Account e-care, review the channels you have, exchange one or more channels to build your own personal TV channel package. When you complete and confirm your exchange, your channel selections will be updated to your home TV service within a few minutes.


How does TV Channel Exchange work?

With TV Channel Exchange you can add and remove channels from your TV package instantly. So your favourite shows will always be on. Watch our video for tips and tricks on how to swap your channels using TV Channel Exchange.



Step by Step instructions:

  • Log in to My Account with your username and password.
    • If you are not yet registered for My Account, you will need your Eastlink account number, postal code and an email address to complete the registration
  • Select “My Services”
  • Select “Change Services”
    • Mobile users will need to scroll to the bottom of the page to see the icon
  • Select “TV Channel Exchange – Review or Exchange your TV channels”
    • If you do not see “TV Channel Exchange – Review or Exchange your TV channels”, then we would be happy to help you migrate into a package which includes TV Channel Exchange and other services that meet your needs.   • Select Select Offer
  • Deselect the channels you want to remove then select the channels you want to add
    • Remember to add the same number of channels as you've removed
  • Then select “Next”, and “Next” again, located at the bottom of each page
  • Confirm your changes by selecting “My order is correct” box and selecting the “Accept Order” button
  • Channels will be deactivated/activated typically within a minute

Not sure if you have TV Channel Exchange?

  • TV Channel Exchange has been included in the Essentials Plus and Maestro bundles since March 2016. These bundles also include Unlimited Internet with WiFi, HD, and DVR
  • Existing customers may migrate their Eastlink services to either the Essentials Plus or Maestro bundle to take advantage of TV Channel Exchange
