Browsing and Banking Protection

A subscription to Eastlink Internet Security Services helps protect against viruses, spyware and other threats for up to 10 PC or MAC computers, tablets and smartphones.

The following information covers the basics on the Browsing and Banking Protection within the Eastlink Internet Security Services software.

  • Open Eastlink Internet Security Services.
  • Click Settings.
  • Select the Banking protection tab on the left pane, and slide the slider to the on or off position.
  • Click OK to apply.
  • Open Eastlink Internet Security Services.
  • Click Preferences.
  • Select the Browsing protection tab.
  • Click the lock at the bottom of the window to make changes.
  • Enter your administrator password to allow System Preferences to make changes, and click OK.
  • Check or uncheck the Turn on Banking Protection box.
  • Click the lock to apply.
