How to Connect to my WiFi Network

The following instructions will guide through connecting to your WiFi Network.

If the device you are using is unable to see your WiFi network, WiFi may be turned off on your device:
  • If you are on a mobile device, go to Settings and ensure WiFi is On/Enabled
  • If you are on a laptop, look for a WiFi switch on the computer, or a button on the keyboard (press Fn + WiFi button)
