Eastlink Prepaid plans, which include 30-Day plans and Per-Use plans, are currently not offered for new activations. Customers currently using one of these plans can continue to enjoy service, and conveniently top-up and manage their account.

- check your balance
- set-up your automatic top-up
- apply a voucher or pay with your credit card
How to Top-Up (30-day Plan and Per-Use Plan)
Set up a convenient pre-authorized top-up to ensure you always have funds when you need them. Choose your preferred amount ($10, $25 or $50) and we will automatically top-up your account, based on your preferred settings:
- When your balance drops below $5.
- The day before your existing balance expires (Per-use plans only).
- Automatic payment of your 30-day plan and add-ons.
Available at your local Eastlink store in denominations of $10, $25, $50 and $100.
Dial #123 on your Prepaid phone to apply a voucher or pay with your credit card.
How to keep your balance active?
Your plan will automatically renew every 30 days and any unused funds will carry forward as long as there are enough funds in your Prepaid account to cover the amount for your plan and add-ons.
Each Top-Up amount based on the denominations below will extend your expiry period, based on the full dollar amount being applied:
- $10 Top-up will extend your account activity for 30 days
- $25 Top-up will extend your account activity for balance 60 days
- $50 Top-up will extend your account activity for balance 60 days
- $100 Top-up will extend your account activity for balance 365 days
Any unused funds will carry forward as long as you Top-up before your current balance expires. All balances expire after 20 days of inactivity once your active balance date is exceeded, without a top-up. Your phone number will no longer be available 101 days after your active balance date is exceeded, without a top-up. Your account will be closed 101 days after your active balance date is exceeded, without a top-up.
Note: The Top-up amount must be paid in full
When do Prepaid accounts close?
All Prepaid accounts are closed after 101 days with an inactive balance and the phone number will no longer be available.
Are there Add-ons available for 30-Day plans?
Yes. You can choose from these two add-ons for 30-Day plans.
- $10 for 100 Nationwide Anytime minutes
- $10 for 100 MB of Data

Prepaid accounts: 30-Day Plans will automatically renew every 30 days where amounts in your prepaid account are sufficient to cover the monthly fee. When your plan is renewed on time any unused balances will be carried forward; unused minutes, messages or data will not. If you do not have a sufficient balance in your account to cover the monthly fee within 20 days of the Plan expiring, any remaining balance will be permanently removed. You will be automatically re-subscribed to your plan when you have sufficient funds in your account, as long as it is within 101 days of your active balance date expiry.
As a Per-Use customer you must top-up your account before the expiry date. If you do not apply a top-up 20 days after your balance expires, any remaining balance will be permanently removed from your account.
As a Prepaid customer you may top-up your account by adding an additional dollar amount by dialing #123 on your Eastlink wireless device, by visiting an Eastlink store, or by purchasing a voucher from one of our authorized partners, some of which are listed at www.eastlink.ca. The dollar amount being added to your account will remain valid for the time period specified above. The validity period may differ based on the dollar amount you add to your account at one time, please refer to the time period specified above. Prepaid accounts will be closed after 60 days at $0 balance, and your number will be reassigned.
Dollar balances on your account do not have any cash value and will not be refunded. Feature add-ons to your account will remain valid for the period indicated by Eastlink at the time of purchase, but will not be accessible when your account is at $0. Eastlink will collect 9-1-1 fees as outlined in your Service Agreement on a monthly basis; the amount will be deducted from the available dollar balance on your account.
