Wireless Seasonal Plans

Seasonal plans allow you to suspend your service, while you are away on an extended vacation and don’t intend to use your phone while travelling.

Features of a seasonal plan include:

  • Hold your phone number for up to six months
  • Continue making your monthly easyTab® contributions to your device
  • Access to your monthly device protection
  • Access to 9-1-1 for emergencies
  • Access to Customer Care at *611 when you want to reactivate

You can be eligible if you are on a monthly postpaid plan, you have been an Eastlink Wireless customer for at least one month, and your account is up-to-date and in good standing.
Please call us at *611 on your Wireless phone or at 1-888-345-1111 to activate your Seasonal Plan.
You can be on a Seasonal plan once per year, for a minimum of one month and no longer than six months. 
The plan is $15*/month, plus applicable taxes. Your monthly 9-1-1, easyTab monthly device contribution, and device protection charges will also continue to apply, if they are active on your account.
If travelling for an extended period, we recommend setting up Pre-authorized chequing or Pre-authorized Credit Card payments through Self-Care to ensure your account remains up to date. 
Eastlink will notify you when you near the end of the six month period using the contact information provided by you prior to activating your seasonal plan. At that time, you can contact Customer Care to choose a monthly service plan. If you do not contact Customer Care before the end of the six month period, we will automatically reactivate the monthly service plan you had in place prior to your Seasonal Plan.
