How to set up my Voicemail?

  1. Open your device's phone application
  2. Dial your phone number
  3. Follow the instructions given by the recording

We want to ensure that the privacy of your voicemail is always protected. The best way to do this is to turn your password on at all times. It’s easy to do. The next time you check your voicemail, press option 2 for personal options, then press 2 to change your password. Once you’ve selected a password that is memorable for you but hard for others to guess, press option 5 to turn your password on.

How to activate Call Waiting?

  1. Open your device's phone application
  2. Dial *43# and select send
  3. Your device should notify you that Call Waiting is activated

How to set up my iPhone Visual Voicemail?

  1. Open your device's phone application
  2. Dial your phone number
  3. Follow the instructions given by the recording
  4. Your iPhone automatically activates visual voicemail as soon as the first voicemail is deposited

 

How to set up my Android Visual Voicemail?

  1. Open your device's phone application
  2. Dial your phone number
  3. Follow the instructions given by the recording
  4. Go to the Google Play Store and search Eastlink Visual Voicemail
  5. Download the free app
  6. Open the app and input your 10 digit phone number and 4-8 digit password
  7. Your phone will automatically show a new voicemail icon in the top left corner when the first voicemail is deposited.

Please note: If Cellular Data is turned off on your device, Visual Voicemail will not work. You will still have access to your voicemail by dialing your phone number.

  • Faster call connection times
  • The ability to place a call while browsing the Web or streaming video
  • Exceptional in-building penetration

Alcatel Flip Phone

  1. Select the Settings app
  2. Select the Network & Connectivity tab
  3. Select VoLTE
  4. Select On

iPhones - iOS 12

  1. Tap the Settings app
  2. Tap Cellular
  3. Tap Cellular Data Options
  4. Ensure Enable LTE is set to Voice & Data

LG G7 One

  1. Tap the Settings app
  2. Tap Network & Internet
  3. Tap Mobile network
  4. Tap Advanced
  5. Ensure Enhanced 4G LTE Mode is on (tap the switch next to it to enable)

Other LG Devices on Android 8

  1. Tap the Settings app
  2. Tap the Network tab
  3. Scroll down and tap Mobile networks
  4. Ensure VoLTE is on (tap the switch next to it to enable)

Samsung Devices on Android 8 or 9

  1. Tap the Settings app
  2. Tap Connections
  3. Tap Mobile networks
  4. Ensure VoLTE calls is on (tap the switch next to it to enable)
