Grill Works is dedicated to showcasing the versatility of the barbecue. It focuses on the many ways of using the barbecue for the preparation of not just the standard burgers and hot dogs. Host, Chef Garry Gosse takes you through the appetizer, to the main course and on to dessert. Using local whole foods wherever possible, Garry shows viewers how easy it is to prepare high quality, tasty food for the whole family using the barbecue. Each episode is a lively and entertaining half hour set in the scenic green house garden setting of O’Neill’s Garden Land in Spaniard’s Bay.

As well as being the Head Chef, Garry is the owner of Harbour Breeze Catering in Harbour Grace, Newfoundland.
Garry is a Professional Chef who has worked worldwide in 3 to 5 star hotels and private restaurants. He has won numerous awards both provincially and nationally.
Garry will provide a friendly and informative approach to cooking on the barbecue.
