When you're ready to move your services, chat with us online or call us at 1-888-345-1111. Make sure you have the following information ready:

Your current Eastlink phone number or account number
Your contact information during your move
The address of your new home, including the postal code
Your preferred disconnection and connection dates

Do I need to be at my new home when my services are connected?

We recommend you be home for your installation appointment. If you're not able to be, ensure someone is there who can make any decisions on your behalf.

What do I need to do to prepare for my installation appointment?

Will my account number change?

Yes, you will receive a new account number. If you pay by phone or online banking, you will need to set up new payment information with your new account number.

Do I need to take my Eastlink equipment with me when I move?

If you are transferring your internet, tv or home phone services to a new home, you must bring all your Eastlink equipment including remotes and power cords to your new address. Make sure this is done prior to your installation appointment.

Can I self-install my internet and TV at my new home?

Some services are eligible for self-install. Let us know when you’re disconnecting your services and where you're relocating them to. When you’re ready to activate your equipment at your new home call us at 1-866-238-2390.
