My Account e-care helpful hints:

  • Registration:
    • Your 16 digit account number is on the top right hand corner of your statement
      • Please do not insert any spaces in your account number
    • If you haven’t already registered, we recommend you use your email address as your username. It will be easy to remember in the future
    • When choosing a password:
      • Your password must be a minimum of 12 characters
      • Avoid reusing the same password
      • Avoid passwords or phrases that are common and easy for others to guess
      • Creating a password with multiple words (also known as a passphrase), can help increase the complexity and therefore increase the security
  • Password Reset:
    • You will be asked for your My Account e-care “username”, then a password reset email will be sent to the email address you registered with
